MAKING YOUR VISION A REALITY

The path from design to finished home is one filled with complexities and hard work. At Real Constructions we navigate that path in a seamless and professional manner, helping clients and architects realise their vision by building beautiful, innovative and inspiring architecturally designed homes.

Quality

When you engage Real Constructions in a project, you’re ensuring a build of the highest quality for custom and architecturally designed homes in Sydney’s Northern Suburbs and Northern Beaches. In order to realise your vision we have the highest of standards when it comes to the materials we use, the processes we undertake and people we employ.

RELIABILITY

To deliver builds of the highest quality, we’ve developed an extensive and experienced team of sub-contractors we trust and rely on. From electricians and plumbers to tilers and bricklayers, our sub-contractors are valued members of the Real Constructions family.

INTEGRITY

The relationships we have with clients and architects are what sets us apart from the competition. We listen to our clients’ needs, respect all decisions and enjoy long lasting partnerships thanks to our commitment to open and honest communication.

What We Do

At Real Constructions we specialise in the construction of architecturally designed new homes, extensions and renovations. Our portfolio is full of beautifully designed homes, yet we believe that each project is a unique custom build with an inspired vision.

Patrick Hoelscher

Director

Patrick is the Founder and Director of Real Constructions. Patrick leads with passion and professionalism and is the key point of contact for both clients and architects.

In his working life he started out as a carpenter, before becoming a lead hand carpenter and Foreman, working primarily on multi-million dollar builds in Sydney.

His experience however began much earlier. During the school holidays he would help his father on his building sites, and, along with his brother, undertook an early apprenticeship of sorts.

When not onsite or in the office, Patrick is a true family man, spending time with those closest to him, whether it be in the sea, on the snow or exploring the countryside.
